Our farm

We are a small family farm where everybody does his ( and her ) share of work: farmer Markus and his wife Margit, our children Doris, Anna and Hans-Peter. We are trying to keep our farm as lively as possible so that our guests can join in.
All the people enjoy the fresh air at the Ritten- and so does our cattle that is taken out from the shed into the open every day. The farm is also a paradise for the pigs and the hens witch supply us with fresh eggs for breakfast. And our cats are romping about in the hayloft and in the meadows.
We have been cultivating our land with dedication for 6 generations. The orchard round our house, a vegetable and herb garden provide fresh and organic fruit nearly all the year round. All our various home-made delicacies can be tasted at breakfast, at a ploughman’s lunch or in the evening at a Tyrolean style barbecue – then You will know what “ Gemütlichkeit” is.
