In the late afternoon a farmer takes a break from the work and enjoys the so named " Bauernmarende" witch is made of speck, smoked sausages, ham, cheese, vegetables and also a glass of southtyrolian wine, like St. Magdalener. After this short break, the farmer goes on with his work in the cowshed.
